This museum is small, but perfectly formed.We were looking for interesting things to do with 4 kids aged 9-14, and this really hit the mark. Only takes about half an hour to fully wander through, but what a wonderful half hour it was. Interesting, quirky exhibits; interactive displays in just about every stall (the museum is hosted in a former public toilet block); knowledgeable and friendly staff who will tell you intersting facts about all kinds of poo history. One of the highlights of our holiday!

Loved it! At £4 for entry, do pop in. The museum is small and built into an old public toilet. Staff are friendly and there are many interactive displays that are interesting for children and adults alike. AND you get to look at poop under the microscope!

Fun little museum, in an old Victorian public toilet. It very interactive and interesting, staff were very helpful. They have lots of different animals poo on display and information about them.

What a fantastic place to visit to learn about poo!! Very friendly welcome and personalised tour of the toilets. Lots of poo exhibits to see and smells to take in. Good selection of souvenirs for the kids. If you're looking for an informative and fun interactive museum the poo museum is a must

Funny little find to pass some time. Don't expect a lengthy walk around. It takes about 20 minutes but good fun.

Amazing!!! Best day out in ages, everything you hope a museum with this name would be and more. While the museum may be tiny (the old ladies and gents toilets) there is so much to see and do in every cm of space. Plus the museum staff are fantastic guiding everyone around. I will be bringing friends back to visit.

A fun, if small, collection of quirky facts about poo. I enjoyed looking around but it can be explored easily in less than 30 minutes making a not so cheap outing. However it’s a fun way to spend half an hour.
