Great shop. Some cool reptile gear an grabbed myself a nice exo Terra cabinet for my new dart frog family. Friendly staff. Will definitely be using this place as my new repti stop

Really helpful, staff that actually know something about the animals they sell. What a change to other stores! Decent prices for an independent pet store, fab range of equipment. Animals and fish are happy healthy and pretty relaxed. Will definitely be back. We came for fish and tank supplies, usually go to Maidenhead aquatics or ripples but will just head here in future.

Awesome place, been coming here a couple months now for all my aquatics live stock, supplies and scaping and the staff are always on point and more than happy to help with any questions. They have some really good stock and can almost always find what I'm looking for - very occasionally you may find an item cheaper online or elsewhere but for the most part they are cheaper than anywhere else. Will keeping coming here for all my aquatics needs. Should also note that the tanks aren't overcrowded and the animals and aquatics all seem very well cared for.

Bought a Catit Cabrio pet carrier right at the end of last year. I have used it 3 times and already it's broken. I understand it was a while since I bought it but it's not fit for purpose after breaking on the 3rd use. I was fobbed off and told to contact the manufacturer... Who have ignored me.In response to their reply below...... Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. It was used 3 times, that doesn't fall under satisfactory quality or fit for purpose!
