I went to Kwik Fit Richmond for puncture repair of one tyre. On Kwit Fit website, it shows the price is £27.5. When I was there to drop off my car, they told me that needed to be £30 for puncture repair because there were sensors on the wheel. At the time of pick up, they charged me £32.95. I told them the price they provided an hour ago was £30, but they just insisted to charge £32.95. So dishonest!

The work was done very well and at a reasonable price, nice and straightforward. I wasn't kept up to date with the progress and it took far longer than expected for it to all be done however and the delay and lack of communication meant it could be better but I'll likely be back.

A huge Thankyou to Dan for sorting our car yesterday. Our car had been for a health check to the Honda garage yet they were the ones making it unsafe by not putting the screws back in on the under tray. We drove all the way from Cumbria has to tape it up and drive 40mph on the motorway which was a scary journey. We went to kwik fit before setting off home and Dan corrected the problem quickly. Lovely friendly guy and we could drive home without worrying can’t thank you enough

My go to garage. The guys there are really lovely and helpful. Tony the manager always goes way above to support and help his customers. He has such great customer service that he is the only reason why I keep on going there. Amazing mechanic.

I had a puncture driving & across the road to this branch. I took the advice given to drive my car slowly to them & they checked the flat tyre- new one needed but also highlighted worn tread on another tyre which they changed at the same time.

The team was fabulous. I had to come in without an appointment and I was fine with waiting. They fit my car in between their other jobs and got both my tire fixed and my oil topped up. For a very reasonable price.
