Bad customer service. Had £20 note wanted £5 one pound coin change. Told to use self service £5 note came out and i ask to change to £1 coin change but she was moody and angry and said dnt do change but came out of the self service. Clearly doesnt like customers needs to change Jobs. I been working in supermarkets 7 years i didnt mind exchanging change that comes out of self service. 14:10pm 18th june 2022.

Appalling - no service to speak of... shelves packer block the small aisles and leave their huge trolleys while they go elsewhere, who knows where...I have forgotten a personal item at the checkout and have been calling non stop for 30 minutes to no avail... no one to pick up the phone. Self managed checkouts, no one in the aisles... and all this at premium prices.Not recommended. I suggest the staff be sent to be trained by the lovely team at the Sainsbury's local in Lewisham Way who seem to know what customer service means....

Reason I am giving 5 stars is because this morning one of the staff was so kind and helpful. Thankyou Shalie. My young sister died in November 2022 and I sometimes go for a early walk to clear my head. So I appreciate very much when staff are helpful and kind.

Use this shop since we moved 2 months ago, yesterday a member of staff blocked the passage with the trolley and instead moving it away they make me do awkward manovre with the pram! However once I’ve arrived in front of the shelve I needed I let the same person notice that there was a rotten avocado, this person answered, a little bit annoyed, that the avocado expiring day was the day after so it was fine!I won’t come back there anymore there’s an Aldi next door that surely has better staff!

This small store has superb staff -- always friendly and helpful -- as well as very good stocking. Just today I had a truly excellent experience dealing with a return, mainly helped by Ola, a manager, and also by another manager, Samad. The problem was my own fault since I had bought some things yesterday for a function I thought was today but is not happening until end of this month. Nothing was opened and the return was approved. The receipt from yesterday came from the till faded but Ola was still able to deal with it and was very friendly as well efficient. The whole experience was exceptionally good thanks to Ola and Samad.

The poor staff seem very overworked, and the checkout lines are terribly designed. Hard to balance all your goods without dropping items everywhere.Aldi, in the same complex, is a breath of fresh air and much cheaper.

Atrocious ServiceDidn't have a clue, on the Cigarette and Alcohol section and took so long that a queue had built up.Also refused to take a Scottish Note although the self checkout would've taken it, but unable to purchase items via self checkout.When assistance arrived, gave a lame excuse using the store manager as a getout clause although they weren't available.Disgusting customer service
