absolutely professional and a joy to be in the care of! Fiona not only made sure I was made aware of why my ears were blocked in the first place, but after the treatment which gave me 4K ultra HD+ hearing, she instructed me on how to keep it that way aswell. I cant reccomend this place enough!

Highly recommended. If you have an ear blockage visit Fiona, she is masterful, kind, professional and gets the job done without any fuss while keeping you fully informed and assured throughout. She even managed to extract a bit of wax which must have been in my ear for years!Thank you for giving me my hearing back.

I had managed to block both my ears with cotton buds (a lesson learned!) and Fiona took me in on the same day, fixing both my ears in about 15 minutes. Very professional, passionate and friendly! If you're having any ear issues I'd definitely recommend this stellar service.
