We'd used this company before and were really happy with their approach. This month we asked them to come back and do a full overall of our business and domestic network and systems.Paul and Shane:1. Did what they said they would - on time, courteously and with humour.2. Were very flexible when we made changes to the original spec.3. Provided detailed, clear advice and suggestions to make the best of our kit.4. Gave understandable answers to dozens of questions.5. Explained the costs - all of which were very reasonable.6. Bought equipment which was faulty . Returned to shop within 20 mins . Same staff on duty , at first couldn’t find receipt so they refused to refund without proof of purchase . Despite seeing and remembering us purchase it 20 mins earlier. …gave some lame excuse about the accounts department , But then offered to sell us something about 1/4 of the spec as the faulty one , but only £5 less ?Eventually found receipt and got full refund . Lucky escape .

Picked up a refurbished laptop today on the scheme set up through supporting people in need of laptops with the government. Both Shane and Sharon were very welcoming they have an amazing set up, there knowledge is second to none, no job is ever to much trouble. Would recommend to anyone in and around Swindon whom needs support to update or fix lap tops or computers. 10/10 customer service and workmanship. Well done and thank you

These guys came recommended and did exactly what was needed with no pressure. Same day service and called prior to arrival to let me know that the engineer was on his way. I had an email issue that had been hacked. Shane soon had me back up and running with all accounts sync to all of my devices. Excellent company to deal with and well recommended.
