Gloucester Housing Association does not exist anymore .It was taken over a few years ago by Guiness Hermatage . Guinness Hermatage has even Closed the Offices in Brunswick Road, where Tenants used to be able to go inside to see the Housing Officers or Report Repairs. Everything regarding Guinness Hermitage Housing, Complaints etc. Now has to be done over the phone with a Very Long wait and Obtrusive Phone Staff.
