I trusted this company with my beloved car, and they did not disappoint, I was so concerned who would repair my car following an accident and this company came up as one of the options. I could see they had good reviews from previous customers and I felt confident about them. Once everything was arranged, they came to pick the car up at a time suitable for me, and provided me with a very nice and brand new 70 plate Curtesy car for free! During the repair, they kept me updated and even carried out jobs for free to a high quality finish. I absolutely will never use their services again. My car was badly damaged in an accident, but as it was split liability, I decided not to claim and pay for the repairs myself. Unfortunately, they value insurance companies' business more that the average Joe's, as they kept pushing back the date for repairs on my vehicle every month until I had waited over six months! I had paid for the parts to be delivered directly to them as well, so my hands were tied. Eventually, they replaced two doors on my Prius and the front fender, but made such a mess of it they didn't even bother to show me what they'd done before I (stupidly) signed off on it. All the soundproofing from the doors is gone, and the gaps between the panels are terrible and non-uniform. Once I'd paid, they just tossed me the keys and that was that! I had to find the car in the car park myself. Not so much as a thank you for my business or anything. Terrible work, terrible customer service.

Took my car to be assessed for repairs, they said they were happy to do the work. When time to book in they said they’d changed their mind. What a waste of my time and the owner is very rude and dismissive (apparently that’s the way he is) :/

They did an excellent paint on my Suzuki panel. Classic colour from the 1970's, difficult colour to get right. Highly recommended.

Having a special kind of paint on my car meant I was quite concerned as to who would be able to match the paintwork/fix up my damage on my rear bumper. I need not have been concerned - Aladdin did an exceptional job and also redid other bits to make it look good all round - any no extra charge. Now that's what I call exceptional Customer service! I gouged the off-side of my Lexus on railings on a bridge. They carried out a 100% perfect repair which stands up to scrutiny from all angles within 4 days of collecting the vehicle. Not only that, the came from Bicester to MK and delivered a courtesy car before taking mine away, then came back with the repaired car and collected the courtesy car. A very friendly and professional outfit and, if I am unfortunate enough to need a repair again in the future, I shall go to them without hesitation. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Aladdin have been doing repairs to my cars since 1983, I would not even consider going anywhere else. I hit a Pheasant a month or so back and took my car to them , it was a mess, they repaired it without fuss, the repair was so good I cant see a mark now, Proper Body shop, no dramas,, just old fashioned values and service.

Absolutely superb job respraying the bonnet on my classic car - honest quote and helpful staff that went above and beyond to colour match my car and prep the panels back to bare metal to see off some of the surface corrosion that had accumulated over the years.Punctual service, the delivered on time and with great results.Highly recommended

I went to Aladdin after another car repairer chosen by my insurance company made a high estimate for repairs and the insurer proposed to write off the car. Aladdin did the repairs to high quality and good price, also provided a replacement car while my car was being worked on.
