I use the X5 first bus to get to work and it getting worse, the bus is quiet often late or missing, maybe its to do with the pandemic, but it was bad before that

Tried to use the 86 bus 4 times recently, first time 2 weeks ago to meet friends in chapeltown 3 missing, ended up back at home!Waited nearly one hour this morning on Foxhill Road 86 missing again, useless.

Public transport services in Sheffield are awful. Terrible for infrastructure of the city, restricting access especially for those not as well off and also for the environment where we should all be encouraged to not drive/could improve traffic and congestion.

Absolutely fabulous, got to airport in record time. Very reliable. Staff at Chesterfield train station was amazing, saved me loads if money and advised quickest route, big shout out go that lady.

Twice now i've had to catch a bus in Sheffield, the first time to a job interview I gave up and called a taxi after waiting 40 minutes past the time my bus was meant to leave.The second time being today, services were diverted, not a single staff member knew where they were being diverted to, again buses just never came. Out of pocket the tram costs to get into town, the cost of a missed appointment as well as lost wages after leaving work early. If you have somewhere you need to be at a specific time, either order a taxi or walk.
