Good location for city centre and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff always willing to help with tips and advice. Rooms are adequate and spacious although I think the space could be used better by removing the partition between the kitchen and the rest of the room.

Very nice hotel, cozy and spacious rooms, modern and well located, most of the things can be done by foot (you can choose the steep street or stairs to get to river front). Breakfast and coffee facilities were good and very convenient. Special mention to very attentive staff who went out to buy something gluten free for me as I have sent a note in advance of the stay. Recommend!

Great apartments, modern, clean and friendly staff always available to assist. They even changed the kettle in the room right away as it had a slight electrical connection problem. Hard to find such prompt and polite service these days

I booked for two months in this hotel which I really liked it at the beginning and the location was really good. Unfortunately I have been getting a bad smell from the shower since my third week there. And when I moved to other room unfortunately the smell is bad in the second bathroom. Cleaning service need to be improved . But the staff and the receptionists were very nice and helpful. Many thanks to the team.

Apartments were nice - comfy bed, modern bathroom, equipped kitchen. Facilities also good, good breakfast and possibility to get a coffee or tea anytime.Reception staff amazing, can't thank them enough, did anything that I asked of them and were nice to talk to.Location also convenient, right next to the train station and a few minutes from the city centre.Only downside is the cleaning team - never once (in 5 days) vacuumed the floor, or cleaned the sink / shower / anything really. All they did was empty the trash. Did not complain as we only stayed a few days, but that's the reason for the -1 star.

Clean and modern room which was very quiet and had a excellent shower. The location is very good but parking was a issue. Bed looked huge and was comfy but was actually 2 separate beds pushed together. The tea tray was disappointing (no hot chocolate ot biscuits) and after paying extra to upgrade to one the grande" room options I was expecting more of a wow factor and maybe a better positioned room with a view. Decent enough experience overall but would probably try something similar elsewhere next time."

Love place to stay, room has everything needed very cleanWelcome was warm all areas are clean and staff very helpful and friendly.Gluten-free breakfast was lovely, fresh cooked buttery croissants!!Just a few picky bitsTv didn't tilt enough to view from the bed.We discovered on our first night about 9pm that the room didn't lock! A member of staff came and looked at it, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. The room was safe, just unable to lock from the inside (room 608)Will definitely stay again.

Excellent room, great friendly staff day time and night reception. Only tiny issue - great walk in shower, massive, quality power with built in touch control - shower tray slippy when wet and a tiny bit of gel on it - nearly dropped but wall tiles nice a grippy so no dramas. Might need a non slip coating applied just in case - it's a big shower so someone less agile might end up falling badly. Otherwise a fantastic stay - will book again and recommend!
