Jo took time to understand not only my aches and pains, but also to understand me, and the possible underlying causes. The first session sorted my shoulder much more than expected, be prepared to be bent and stretched a little(or a lot!) but it did the trick. Would recommend without hesitation (and have).

Jo is incredible. She thorough, she’s knowledgeable, her work works and she knows what to get you to do so you can manage your pain independently too. Can’t recommend highly enough - if you have niggly pains go get them looked at!

Just the best osteopath for me, so much more than that, fascia, muscluar, cranial plus complimentary exercises and movement for you to take control of your journey to better mobility and pain free daily life. She has also treated my 14yr old who highly rates her too, and keeps reminding me I need to book him back in! Really can't recommend Jo highly enough ..

Jo has worked miracles with my lower back. Having struggled intermittently for years the problem flared up badly a few months ago with severe pain, paresthesia and a real worry that surgery might be needed. With surprisingly few sessions it was quickly clear that Jo had accurately diagnosed the problem and put together a clearly defined combination of therapy and stretches/exercises which worked with astounding speed and efficacy. Jo is very caring, and highly trained and experienced in treating scoliosis. Her ongoing specific treatments and exercises for my late- onset symptoms, mean that I have come from being in a lot of pain, with curtailment of activities such as rambling and gardening, to now walking for 90 minute stretches, pulling weeds, and light housework. Not bad at at 79!

Jo provided and explained the exercises which would be beneficial to my condition, and followed these up with a full email explanation, so no information was forgotten. I have seen Jo now a couple of times. I have found her to be very thorough and professional.
