Perfect customer service and the best soil we’ve ever bought in bulk (first time customer with you and will def be return customers when we move onto the other garden). Couldn’t have asked for better service, email confirming purchase, call to confirm delivery date and call half an hour before it came. Driver was lovely, delivery was spot on and soil quality is amazing. Was a bit sceptical but needn’t have been. Many thanks indeed.

Ordered online mid February; contacted the company 3-4 times to enquire about delivery. Eventually said they would deliver but never did. Enquired once more and said would be called back but again this didn't happen. Refunded money but no communication into why they could not deliver and nearly a whole month wasted waiting. One star achieved as the price is competitive compared to other suppliers. Will not be using again or recommending to others.

Wanted to place order but told couldn't deliver to Consett as it was too far, in spite of web site clearly saying they did. Disappointing.

Had a couple of recommendations so went with them. Wanted the soil and compost to be mixed, which was no problem. Office staff good to deal with. Delivery was slightly earlier than expected, but that gave us more time to move it. Driver was pleasant and efficient. The mix was fine, moist and loose. Very easy to handle. Great for our new raised beds. Would use them again.And will recommend to others.Thanks.

Great service and product for my garden project and it looks great check my picture out Emma was really helpful too first class! Also I was kept informed of delivery too and I will be ordering again soon when I finish this little project

One star review from me. I order Soil for 40 £ and website says free shipping.. When i call them to ask when is delivery time , they said i need to paid 20 £ for a shipping.. Their website is change and bla bla... Sorry but not my problem , information is misleading. I suggest to pass this one if you looking for a soil.

Ordered for Monday and unfortunately their was an issue with the delivery vehicle so they contacted me to explain and I happily rescheduled without complaint. On the day I'd rescheduled for I rang to ask roughly when it would arrive. The woman on the phone said I was on the 2nd delivery and would arrive sometime in the morning. At around 1⁰clock I tried to contact them to ask for an update but got no answer. Eventually managed to speak to someone who apologised for the confusion but couldn't explain why it was late but that it would be delivered later that day. It eventually arrived at half 5. Impressed by the quality of the soil, a shame about the communication

Very helpful on the phone. 4 dumpy bags of topsoil delivered when they said they would by a really helpful driver. Soil is fantastic quality. Wish I had a bigger garden so I could order more!

Great quality, weed free, excellent value for money. Driver was fantastic, saved me lots of work by dropping the soil were requested despite it being a very difficult manoeuvre. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service, quality product and great on price. Really happy how quick they were able to deliver given the current climate. Very happy customer and will definitely use them again :0)
