Bought a 57 Honda Civic from here and it's been great. Came with 3 months warranty. Just before the 3 months it broke down but the guys fixed it for free for me and replace my dash as some of the numbers didn't connect properly and didn't look aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend to anyone.

The car we purchased from this garage didn't even last 3 months. The after sales is terrible, after waiting 3 weeks for the work to be done, I had to insist on having my money back.. I lost 3 weeks work.. Would not recommend them and certainly wouldn't buy from them again... A very disappointing experience.

They are a fantastic garage may have been managing with all my problems unfortunately I have got problems myself but I won't go into that I would like to say a big big apology and I'm very very sorry they are a fantastic garage well recommended!unfortunately I got confused between my side as in the legal side who are sorting out my finances.Once again I would like to apologise for my incorrect description they are a great garage and I hope to to use them again five stars I will give them much much more if anybody else has read my review previously ignore my words my comments they are great!

I brought a car from them on the 9th dec 2022 but then was given some very bad news about my health I rang the garage up and they agreed to buy the car back from me I was so happy to here that .they have been bloody good to me and I am so very very grateful to themI'd just like to say a very big thank you to you all for all your kindness and much appreciated help through this tough timeMany many thanks and will recommend you to anyoneTHANK YOU SO SO MUCH

Used this garage for 5 years. Booked a mot. Told them work needed doing was told they could squeeze it in. Turned up on the day then be told can’t do what it fails on. Receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. Was told 3 month back log. When it failed was not impressed after being told when it was booked they could do what it fails on. Had to take to another garage won’t be returning.

Mixed feelings.Garage descent, but the receptionist could be rude sometimes.

AVOID! 2 Stars only because the staff are actually pretty nice BUT unless you want to be ripped off and have them keep your car all day then don't use them. They kept my car for 6 hours to tell me everything is fine and charged me £50 to change a light bulb. My steering still wobbles even though they were meant to track it for me and it baffles me how they didn't notice my slippy clutch when they test driven it. Something that has been noticed straight away by my other garage. So yeah £50, 6 hours of wasted time waiting, a wasted day off from work and a lightbulb later, and I'm going to have to book my car to somebody that actually does a proper job. Not mentioning that they told me that the initial check was free of charge and the rate was £28 per hour (So it took you nearly 2 hrs to change that lightbulb?!?!) and I booked my car in there two weeks in advance and also phoned them the day before to make sure they remembered about me hahaha, and they still had no clue what they were meant to do when I pulled my car into their forecourt!!! Shocking service, especially as a first time customer, poor first impression. Never going back there and I will be warning everybody I know not to go there.

Maybe not always the cheapest dealer in town but most definitely the honest. Always great service and their aftercare can not be matched..
