Towndene Car Park

I have received a penalty ticket because of this place. We have tried to pay as we downloaded the application which wasn't working, tried to pay by calling them and ittook 18 min and didn't worked. Gave up and left the car park. We parked in somewhere else.This is not fare and we will meet at the court.Stay away by all means.

0 Stars if Possible. Paid via my phone and requested 2 hours but was only given an hour and a half. App doesn’t work to increase time on parking - as of today I’ve been given a PCN! Crooks.

Scam! Please avoid. I spent 20 minutes in the carpark try to pay by phone and by the app. It is not working it only let you to activate your card so you stay there for some more minutes to try again. After some weeks you will get a fine. I even made a video of the app while it is not working I sent it with my appeal they don’t care. So please do not use this service.

Likewise I tried to pay by phone as stated but this proved and still proves to be imposible. After registering the card which takes at least ten minutes, I was then directed to park the car. You cannot leave the car park after this time as a fine will follow and so payment must be made. I tried twice but on both occasions the automatic voice stops before confirming that the car is parked. One can only assume that it is parked or that one has paid more than once. I have tried to test the system since and now my card seems to no longer be registered. For this I received a £60 fine. No wonder that the car park is empty. It appears to be set up as a scam only where the hidden nomanee directors of this company can make large sums by cheating their customers.

I parked there for the first time without checking the reviews, the only way you can make a payment is only by using their stupid app. It took me about 30 mins to download the app and pay for the parking, I paid 1 hour of parking and 2 weeks later I've received 100£ fine... i appealed but they said that I should've pay whittin 20 min... scammers...Do not park there unless you have the stupid app already...

AVOID ! 0 stars!!! Scam!! Took me 20 minutes to register parking on the app because it’s not user friendly in the slightest! I paid £6 and got a PCN of £100 because I didn’t pay quickly enough, I appealed with evidence of payment and they have rejected my appeal ! What an absolute scam !!!

To the owners of this car park: Please! Hook up with someone like JustPark or PayByPhone. The system you use is awful and I'm sure a lot of local people would be happy to use the car park and even pay a bit more if it didn't take 20 mins to try and pay every time! Surely it's a no brainer?

DO NOT USE! Car park is a scam. App doesn’t work and even if you call to pay and give all your details,you will still receive a parking ticket. Scammers….

Worst car park ever!!! Avoid at any cost otherwise be ready to be scammed with PCN!!!I parked for only 13 minutes which I spent trying to register and pay, it was very difficult to use their stupid app so I left the car park. Two weeks later I got a PCN of £100.I appealed and rejected of course, scammers...I'm escalating with POPLA and will see if they do something about this joke, I will update this later...
