Popped in, learned, lugs alert. Meze headphones purchased. On collecting them, a chat and demo with the passionate Jesse. Weel it was a whole leap in audio insicht. WiiM Pro ordered. Now collected and installed. Suffice to share thank you. My lugs n soul are lovin it.

Absolutely delighted with the attitude and knowledge of the staff today. We had bought a Rega turntable that did not plug and play easily to an amp (not bought from Glasgpw Audio) spoke to two members of staff that were ready to help. They even called back to say they had looked at something online that may help. Subsequently turntable is up and running and the first vinyl that went on - QUADROPHENIA sounds amazing!!!!

My first dealings with this company so definite satisfaction. I got a Planar 1. Wasn't in stock last week probably due to it's great popularity but I have it now. Still to set it up. I would definitely recommend this company.

Let down twice by the store sadly - initially promised to sort out a demo and arrange for some speakers to come from their sister store which never materialised. Then when chasing things up a few months later, they booked me in for a demo in Aberdeen despite me emailing the Glasgow email address; they had none of the speakers in store I had discussed. To be fair they tried to rectify things afterwards but I had pretty much lost any faith in their customer service by this point.

Does repairs as well as sales,not louche like some on Argyll St,who have superior attitude,at Finnieston. Pick up service for items.Handy for St.,George's underground.Sell Naim products.

Can't recommend Glasgow Audio highly enough. In the grand scheme of things we are relative newbies to hifi and we had an issue with distortion coming from our turntable. The guys stopped what they were doing, set our turntable up in the shop and sorted the problem (overhang adjustment wrong). Helpful, non-intimidating, knowledgeable and friendly service and fab selection of vinyl too. What's not to love?

Best customer experience iv had in the UK. Visited to see if it was possible to repair my turntable of which was of some age. Matt sorted me out soldering in new cables. While I was waiting was great chatting with other staff about systems and will be going straight here when I need/want to upgrade and of my system.

Really good experience in here. Bought an 8inch B and W Sub... very knowledgeable staff, the staff are very helpful...Popped in 15-10-17. Spoke to Matt as I was looking for some advice. Nothing is ever too much trouble..excellent service.

Leaving a review on behalf of my Dad who visited Glasgow Audio last week to purchase a replacement cartridge for his Rega turntable.He initially spoke with Dean on the phone who arranged for my dad to come in the next day to get his cartridge replaced by Angus.Tremendous customer service from Dean and and an expert quality job carried out by Angus who was as enthusiastic as my Dad was to have his cartridge replaced. Angus ensured the turntable was fully calibrated and he serviced the motor. My Dad said his turntable has never sounded so good. Would absolutely recommend this high quality audio shop.J. Tees
