I was visiting Bristol for a wedding and needed a last minute haircut. Andrew was able to sort me out and he did a great job. I didn’t realise that I accidentally left my jacket and AirPods in the shop, and he was very generous to post both the jacket and AirPods back to me in Dublin! Very sound lad who cares about the customer and who also knows how to cut hair to a quality standard. I’d advise anyone to waste no time looking around and head straight to Grades

I get my haircut every two weeks with the same barber. An elderly gentleman with glasses cuts and washes my hair to the same high standard every single time. Being busy or not the haircut is always perfect to how i want it and now being a frequent customer do not have to tell him what i want. I care more about the finished look and the quality of the service than the price. I have been to at least ten other barbers/hairdressers in the past that charge more and there is always more than one problem or they are unable to cut the hair how i want it. If you are someone that likes to maintain the same haircut and likes it short like me ( zero on the clippers back and sides ) i would highly recommend.

So I went in today with only a basic idea of what I wanted, an even though I could see that the barber was unsure as to what to do, what he pulled off was better than what I had expected. Thoroughly happy with the experience and for far less than I was expecting to pay. Nice staff, good prices and a top quality job: this is the best barbers I've been to in Bristol

Brilliant usually shave my head but recently I've been going to Grades for my hair cut. Great chat really pleased with the whole service (Great hair cut) second time I've been there don't mind the trip into town for all my future hair cuts
