I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Herbert Williams for our beautiful kitchen. We are absolutely in love with it and would definitely recommend HW to anyone thinking of a new kitchen. They were amazing throughout the whole process, big shout out to Alice for the design, she really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and offered her excellent expertise on what she thought would look best! We were lucky enough to have our kitchen done whilst we were away thanks to Ryan for being so accommodating. Thank you all again, we’re over the moon and look forward to cooking in our lovely new kitchen!

Loved working with the Herbert Williams team. I knew exactly what I wanted having spent months looking on Pinterest etcAlice was fantastic and made the whole thing fun and tolerated all my quirks. I now have the best kitchen on the planet! It is a work of art and original and functional and stunning and a real talking point. Nothing was too much trouble for them and nothing I suggested fazed them! And I changed my mind MANY times. Fabulous!

Excellent from the beginning. Visited showroom to discuss design and to view samples. After visiting our property and taking measurements we were present with a computer design which enabled us to have a vision of the final result. This aided us in making small changes to have a bespoke kitchen.All traders worked with professionalism and courtesy and we are delighted with the end result. No hesitation recommending this company.

We used Herbert William for our large kitchen re-fit - they were excellent from the design through to the finished installation. Listened to what we wanted. Competitive on price and quality product. All contractors (flooring, electrics, installation, painting) were professional and excellent standard. Any issues dealt with quickly and a little scope creep absorbed along the way ! Would definitely recommend them.

We took on Sarah and her team to undergo a total refurbishment of our holiday home. The project included removing internal walls to create a larger kitchen, designing and installing the new kitchen, rewire of entire house, installation of underfloor heating and new boiler, new floor finishes throughout, skimming and replastering of ceilings, new fireplace and total new decor and doors throughout. We were not on site for the majority of the project so Sarah project managed the renovation from start to finish. She was a delight to deal with and we completely trusted her to come up with creative ideas and ensure every detail was perfect. Lee and the building team were brilliant and seemed to be as emotionally invested in the project as if it were their own property. We would not hesitate to recommend Herbert William- they are far more than a kitchen company, they are the complete package for home renovations.

The Herbert William team fully delivered on the promise to complete an installation of a new kitchen in six weeks. The help from design to completion was outstanding. Each person working on the project was a pleasure to work with. The end result is excellent and so we would thoroughly recommend Herbert William.

Our kitchen was completely refurbished and redesigned including adapting an existing wall, requiring an RSJ, new ceilings, floor, electrics, plumbing and re-plastering. We are delighted with the design created by Alice, both from an aesthetic and practical point of view. She brought real creativity and imagination to the design and nothing was too much trouble and no detail too small. We required various trades and everyone used by Herbert William was excellent and Lee managed it all brilliantly, following through on everything and he was a pleasure to have around. The kitchen has been much admired since completion!

We underwent a major kitchen refurb with removal of walls, ceiling, everything was changed bar one window! Not only did Herbert William come up with an excellent design, they were very responsive to new ideas / changes of plan when issues came up eg suddenly needing to have a beam coming down" in the ceiling which altered the layout of some of the cabinetry. In addition

We visited Herbert William after trying a couple of other kitchen designers who didn't quite hit the mark.We spoke with Sarah on the phone, before visiting the lovely showroom where we met Alice. My husband and I found them both very helpful, and it felt like they fully listened to our requirements.Within a few days we had the design come through for our new kitchen, which formed part of more extensive works to our home. We loved the design, and could see that care had been taken to include all the features we wanted (something that didn't happen with our previous designers).We went ahead with the order, which was delivered promptly, and we were kept up to date with progress.We had a couple of small damages to items, but these were dealt with easily and promptly, with no quibbling, which helped avoid any delays to the installation.We are really pleased with our kitchen, which fits in beautifully with our extended home. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
