Ordered a taxi for a wheelchair, Didn't turn up and when I rang they said they didn't have a driver, They didn’t even ring to let us no, VERY POOR SERVICE WITH NO COMMUNICATION.......

Fantastic. Was going from St Helens hospital to a nursing home in Rainhill with a wheelchair passenger. Arrived in 15mins. Very helpful, very friendly. Excellent sercice

My dad phoned Halo to drop my husband back home. He accidentally left a valuable watch, money, his phone and important documents in the back of the cab. I phoned Halo and they tracked down the driver and he returned everything. What a great service. Will be using them again in the future!

Would give it zero if I could Ordered a wheelchair taxi the previous week for a dental appointment for my 93 year old mother. Family emergency meant that a carer would have to accompany her. Rang to see if it was possible to pay in advance. Was told he'd get back to me. He didn't. Didn't turn up. Was then told one on its way. Rang back. Told none available. Of course, dental appointment missed. Shocking communication and unreliable. We were badly let down.

wouldn't give 1 star . worst taxi service ever. I would not advertise anymore. Cos they cannot even offer a service.

Brill service always on time great with my disabled partner very friendly and would recommend them to anyone who uses wheelchair. I have edited this from 5 to 4 star. As been using company for over 3 years and only past 6 months find it impossible to get to hospital appointments as can never get hold of them in a morning
