Dealing with the death of a loved one is always difficult but Uden's are very caring and made the whole process as pain free as possible from arranging the funeral, getting the order of service printed and on the day of the funeral. Mum could not have been in better care. Nothing was too much trouble.

Uden & Sons exceeded every expectation we had in taking care of our mum. Nigel was a pleasure, very kind and sensitive, always finding the right thing to say, and very helpful and informative. We had confidence in Uden & Sons from the first meeting with Nigel. On the day, Spencer and the team took care of mum and the level of service was touching. Very respectful, very kind and patient. I couldn't recommend the team enough, they are wonderful and mum would've been so happy to have had such care and attention. Thank you team.

Nigel, Spencer and the team were truly amazing. They were the epitome of respectful, gentle , kind, totally professional, well organised and readily available. They were also flexible.At a time of great sorrow and confusion they met every expectation and really helped us to arrange the perfect send off for our loved one.We would certainly recommend them.

Where do I start! Absolutely amazing team, so kind and considerate from the very beginning. I simply cannot recommend Uden & Sons highly enough. Having chosen them for my mothers funeral arrangements in 2006, I returned to them upon my fathers passing last month. I dealt with Nigel at the Biggin Hill office, who could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. The Uden team that conducted the funeral were faultless in their professionalism, courtesy and respect. I received many comments from mourners about how well the funeral was handled.

The people who dealt with me and my partner were amazing every time we went to see my mum.On mum’s funeral day they brought mum home and treated her with such respect.Honestly they were so so kind and respectful about everything and nothing was too much for any of them.

Every detail was covered even down to the blue & white striped ties that the staff wore on the day of dad's funeral which matched the blue and white rugby blazers worn by dads friends.A difficult day made so much easier as we were supported and guided by Andrew and his team on the day - thank you.

We had no idea what to expect or the process involved when our loved one passed away but Uden & Sons were the most compassionate and helpful Funeral Directors we could have ever wished to find. We had very recently, had occasion to use the services of W. Uden & Sons and cannot praise them highly enough for the caring and professional way that they conducted the funeral. At all times their attention to detail was second to none. From our initial visit with Nigel at the Biggin Hill branch to the actual day of the funeral we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. We were given the choice of which crematorium we would prefer to use and they advised as to the type of service whether religious or not. In our case we chose a non-religious service and Udens recommended a wonderful Celebrant, Kate who helped us through the whole process both before and during the service. Our loved one was at all times treated with dignity and the wellbeing of the family was always at the forefront of everything they did.We were given advice as to printing an order of service and also useful contacts for the photo tribute which was set to music.The vehicles were immaculate as were the liveried chauffeurs and the funeral director. I can honestly say that the care and compassion along with Uden’s professionalism helped enormously to make an incredibly sad day more bearable. Well done Udens.
