Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House

Located near to Sutton Scotney in Hampshire, this hotel and spa offers plenty of accommodation and recreational activities.I attended a great friend’s wedding for my experience.It is slightly off the beaten track with a long driveway but it offers all you’d expect from a country hotel.There’s lots of rooms and it can be a little difficult to find but there’s plenty of signs to help you.Overall it was a good experience but,a couple of things for me that could be improved are the springy mattresses and a bit more attention to the shower’s that weren’t quite spotless in terms of limescale. A little training in housekeeping would be nice.Breakfast is also good with lots of food options and choice.

Nice Spa Hotel.Room decent. Treatment included in the package was really good. Spa area is nice albeit pretty small and we were unable to get a lounger, although (free) lockers are available.Had an evening meal which was really nice, although service was poor. Waited over 30mins for out first drinks and our mains were brought out before we had them which was not ideal.Good breakfast in the AM. Can't comment on location to Winchester as we didn't go, but location near A34 is convenient.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The food at the scene restaurant was so good. However, even though the staff were lovely, it'd be better to have a waiter/ress for each section rather than have several running here and there making it better for customers and there needs.Location is beautiful but far from any shops other restaurants etc. Pool nice and loved the steam room and heated beds, nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Booked for a two night getaway with the wife. Room was comfy and clean. Staff were polite. Spa was good. Sauna, steam room and swimming pool well maintained. Wife had a treatment in the spa which she thoroughly enjoyed. The not so good bit was the restaurant. When charged premium restaurant prices I would expect food cooked to order. Not microwaved on chipped crockery, If I had desired microwaved food I would have visited a Weatherspoons. Sadly the restaurant lets the hotel down.

Went for a spa day. The pool was ok, bit cold when first get in. (They didn't say there was swimming lessons on till 10 so had to wait to get in the pool)The heated seats weren't that heated,The spa treatment was nice although the room was really cold and also so was the relaxation room so didn't stay in there long and it sort of ruined the treatment.The food was ok, the service was a bit slow when I asked for condiments (I'd nearly finished before they brought them back)

The staff here are amazing, friendly and very accommodating.Our room was clean and comfortable, extra pillows and towels available in the wardrobe. It was also nicely quiet, no road noise or sounds from other guests.Restaurant was very nice, food well priced, very tasty and decent portions, and a good range. Breakfast was also very good, a very wide range of buffet hot and cold items to suit most.Spa treatment was lovely, very relaxing. Staff were friendly and professional.The grounds are nicely appointed, with a lake and woodland walk to the front of the Manor House, which is picturesque.A real treat and pleasure, and will definitely be looking to visit again.

I went for a day spa there and it was wonderful. The massage was lovely, the staff were kind and the pool was nice and quiet. The steak sandwich at lunch was delicious. Had a lovely walk around the nearby woodland too. Great value, thank you.

Our first time here, we've come for a little getaway for our honeymoon and have not been disappointed. We are staying in the Manor house and it is gorgeous. Well worth the little bit of extra cost, and you get full use of the hotel and the facilities.The spa is wonderful, the ladies who did our facial, massage and foot massage are great, it was a very relaxing experience and they can cater to any skin needs, using great products.The restaurant is good for breakfast, the choices are vast. Dinner was nice too, but we preferred the breakfast more. The staff in all areas of the hotel are brilliant.

Lovely stay here yesterday. Comfy beds & pillows. Room had a fridge and a fan - both useful. Everywhere is pristine. Great breakfast too. If there is a queue for the coffee machine at busy times it's worth asking the staff or having a quick explore of the breakfast room as there was another one nearby, not being used by anyone at all. Lovely service from the welcoming, polite, helpful & very efficient staff. I was very impressed with them all. Would love to return and next time explore the extensive (54 acres!) of beautifully kept grounds. Oh, and really good value for money...
