Myself and my family have been shopping here for many years. We always get fantastic service and good quality products , not as expensive as many people expect either , hence we keep going back and are never disappointed.I recently bought a sofa that I wasn't happy with , purely size and colour. James was very understanding , patient ! And helped me sort a replacement.Delivery expectations were spot on and the removal guys always kept me up to date with times for drop off.Hidden gem in Kenilworth, well done team Thomas Hearn , we will be back and continue to recommend you all.

Impressed with these guys after a shaky start. Delivered a sofa that wasn't up to scratch, worked through the problems, fixed and replaced. Great service, after a wobble. Customer centric.

James and the team at Thomas Hearn helped me carpet my flat before Christmas on very short timescales, and gave nothing but perfect customer service. Carpet fitter was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the look and feel of the carpet, and what made it all so amazing was the brilliant team at Thomas Hearn. 10/10 would recommend thank you!

I’m going to keep this as factual as possible without allowing emotion to dictate.Settee and chair ordered with a request to ensure the legs matched the settee as those on the chair were different.Deposit left and we left happy and confident we had made the right choice not only with the furniture but also with the company.Several calls made prior to delivery to check that the legs had arrived, matched the settee and there were no issues. Assured everything was fine and had been checked.Balance paid following reassurances everything was ok and had been checked.Delivery DaySettee bought into house and it very quickly became apparent that the legs did not fit despite several attempts by the delivery men to fit them. Call made to store to advise of issuesSuggested chair be bought in to have legs fitted. This proved fruitless as there were metal fixings in the bottom of the legs. Also at this point it was noted there were imperfections on the material, in fact pointed out by the delivery guys. Further call made to store whereby the delivery drivers were told to return the products to the warehouse.Point of clarity at this stage. Delivery guys very polite and apologetic.Disappointingly and without going into what were a lot of other issues which included broken promises, lack of empathy and others.Would I ever recommend Thomas Hearn , “Not under any circumstances”Not into mentioning names as they will know who they are.Excellent service to get the saleDreadful customer service once things went wrongPurchase at your own peril

Great shop for quality modern furniture we bought a sofa and chair. Daniel was a great help couldn't do enough for us amazing.

Spent 2.5K at this place. Money well spent. Delivery guys were spot on. Can imagine they get a lot of stick from people who want discounts etc by saying they’ve marked walls and all that. Horrid people like that will always try. They were spot on. Polite and helpful & clean. 10 out of 10

I would like to say a massive thank you to Daniel and everyone at the store.We have had a bespoke size bed which is incredible. And a 3 Seater and 2 seater sofa. All of these are top notch and the service in store was brilliant.I would recommend them to anyone.
