Terrible! They won't issue digital season tickets, just lousy paper ones which then stop working and no station in my area can reprint them, so I have to send off off wait a week whilst forking out for daily tickets, receive new ticket, go through the rigmarole of claiming those back, and repeat the process again 3 weeks later when the replacement ticket stops working! Save yourself the hassle and use an interest free credit card to pay for one yourself, your time will thank you!

Terrible service, printed the wrong photo card number so had to send it back to them took three weeks to resend whenever I called said they would post the next day.New card finally arrived and does not work with TFL gates so need to send it back again.Would not use again.

I have been trying to get a season ticket refund since 27/03/2020. No communication except an automated copy of my refund application. The call centre is useless, no help and unwilling to escalate this for me or give me any idea when I will get my money back. Meanwhile I'm still paying for this season ticked out of my salary when I'm not even travelling. Appalling.

Really rude in the call centre in Scotland, took no ownership of query and refused to comment when I asked how they felt my customer experience has been. Equally as rude in the London office when I collected my ticket. I advised I was there to collect my ticket, the very unfriendly agent asked my name, I told her she then said 'no your first name and full name. Walked off left me in a room, came back handed me my ticket not a thank you, there you go or goodbye - just walked off like I was the problem!!!It's easier to order your gold card season ticket but If something goes wrong they are very unhelpful and unfriendly.Would much rather deal with station staff.Avoid at all costs!!!!

Still trying to get my refund since April 14th. That is WAY more than the 35-40 days indicated. I now look at the form they have supplied me and the date has been changed to May 19th. That is the day I escalated. AND they haven't stopped the deductions from my account.

I submitted my season ticket refund request on 6th May submitting evidence that I no longer worked for the company that had purchased the season ticket, payslip showing I had repaid the amount in my final payslip etc. It wasn't until 11th May that Abellio acknowledged this request saying they had to go to my old employer to confirm this (god knows why when I have supplied evidence of repayment). I have emailed three times since asking for an update which was provided today to say that they had had no response from my previous employer; what a surprise! They have literally done nothing to get me this refund and now are holding my money that I have already paid to ransom. SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS,.
