Whilst trying to buy my sister a pair of earrings for her birthday, this store was very unhelpful. They were not at all interested in helping me find another store that had the ones I wanted. Very disappointing.I eventually bought what I wanted from the lakeside store whose staff and service were outstanding even when dealing with a telephone order.

Such lovely staff who do everything they can to help. Would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be going back!

Went in this afternoon for some watch alterations and the two lovely girls where very prompt, friendly and professional, very happy with results!

Was delighted with my purchase. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me in choosing my item. I highly recommend the Ipswich store for staff friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to assist. The Ipswich store is very convenient for me and I will shop there again without hesitation.

Went here Saturday for my daughters 10th birthday as her ears to be pierced was all she wanted. We booked an appointment in advance, lovely lady on the phone, welcomed with smiles. Felt safe that nothing could go wrong being a well know jewellery store that offered piercing. Spent a while getting placement just right, only for the gun to get stuck (could maybe deal with that) but to mine and my daughters horror the earring was so low on her lobe and absolutely nowhere near the dot that was marked up. Lady swiftly went in the back room, upon return we were given options" one being to come back In an hour to have earring removed which is what we did. Pretty pathetic apology and a 10 year old with a hole in one ear which we will wait to close up. Will wait until her next birthday and go to a professional!!! Didn't fill us with confidence that when we went back in someone was trying to return an item that I heard they'd brought back once already. Literally nowhere gives a proper service anymore just want your money"
