Hate the word 'Best' - it stops your path of progress. Maybe that's why it's called 'Better-Fitness' and Gary as a PT symbolises that. Every session with him, you feel better than last time, you would do better than last time - it's not magic but hard work and dedication which Gary puts in for each of his clients.It's been 3 months since I started with Gary and I don't have to look into the mirror to see what has changed - i can feel i have more strength, more agility and more focus. Thank you Gary :)

Gary really takes the time to understand what you want to achieve right from the start so the sessions he plans for you and the work out he plans are all tailored to maximise the results you want. He went over and above on our last session by showing me how to use the rest of the equipment in the gym which will help achieve my goals quicker and maintain my physique; he did this in his own time! He is so friendly and approachable so any nerves you may have before you start are instantly eradicated. He answers all your questions and makes sure you’re ok, not only during training, but in between. You can tell he has a passion for his work, has great knowledge and takes pride in his job. I’m so excited to seeing what I can achieve with Gary’s support, I can’t recommend him enough. Seriously top guy and amazing PT!! Thank you Gary!

I have started my training from Gary three months back and he has made me like workouts. Before, going to the gym and training by myself was challenging because though I knew what my goal was I was clueless is my path - Gary has not only helped me in finding that path, he has made workout fun and I always look forward to my training days. Also, and I can’t stress it enough, he has an amazing personality and is very caring.

Whether you want to increase strength-physical/mental, lose weight/bodyfat, Gary will offer workout plans tailored to you and will unleash your potential you didn’t even know was there! Gary is genuine, caring and determined to help you reach your goals and will go above and beyond to help you reach them and become the best version of yourself! Highly recommend Gary!Before starting with him, I had very little experience with weight training and not much confidence in the gym. I have been training with him for almost a year now and noticed a massive difference in my strength and fitness. In addition to his PT sessions, he keeps in contact with regular check ins and workout plans. He is very approachable and friendly, really motivating and a great PT!

Highly recommend Gary -the best PT I’ve ever met. He has inspired me a lot and his spin class is full of vitality. If u ever feel under stress or burn out,I would highly recommend coming to Gary’s spin session to clear your head for a while and replenish your energy. I love to hear when Gary says ‘ where is the smile?’ Gimme a Heyheyhey,.. we all need motivation in life.

If I could give 10 stars I really would! Gary is the best personal trainer you will ever have. Ladies and Gents if you want to test your limits and push yourself to try news things, he's absolutely the PT to do that for you! He will build your plans suited to what he knows you're capable of, and also make you feel like you can conquer anything! You're also guaranteed a good laugh as he doesn't just train you, he will always be open for a good chat as well. Could not recommend anyone more. Northampton's BEST.

Had a session a training session with Gary and I can truly say he is a brilliant trainer. His knowledge and demonstrations are concise, very well explained and all round top quality. He will really give you a lot of value during a session, as a relatively new lifter he has broadened my knowledge and given me a good start to my gym journey.I really recommend his services, he is a very friendly and approachable trainer which really does have a positive impact on the sessions.

I started PT sessions with Gary just before lockdown and really saw the difference! I had made it clear my body goals were achieving a more toned physique and he worked with me on doing this throughout. Rethinking my diet and teaching me new exercise routines. Plus he is a joy to be around with his positive energy! Looking forward to our next session when able to do!

I had a vague knowledge about Fitness so I went about it the wrong way till I met Gary! He bridged the gap between body building and Mind development in Fitness.With his carefully crafted PT sessions, Gary takes me on an 1hr long journey where he breaks limitations in my mind, which gives me that extra pump to go an extra rep, or set on whatever activity. It really is a gruelling process but his Words of encouragement and belief keep me going through it all and at the end, I have witnessed gradual progressive changes over a couple of weeks. He sees more potential in me than myself and that aids me to become better.Big Boss Gary" for me transitioned from a Fitness Trainer to a Fitness Mentor and I believe this is what all Trainers should embody and not look for quick gains in clients or financial increase.
