Fantastic! Staff are absolutely great and genuinely care about, not just for, your pet and you. Took time to listen to our concerns and address them.The only negative is that it does look a bit run down and shabby, but to be honest, so long as my pet is being cared for so well, that's nothing more than a minor observation and nothing that would so me going back.
