Friendly staff and quick service

We have had zero mail delivered in the M9 6HJ area for at least 1 week and then for the previous whole week. Not sure what's going on but we are awaiting correspondence and a parcel non of which has arrived. Something is seriously wrong here, hardly seen a postman on our avenue over the last 2/3 weeks!!

We have the rudest and most incompetent royal delivery guy in M9 4QE. A few times he has returned our parcels to the depot even when someone is home! He pushes the missed you card through the letter box without attempting to press the ring doorbell or knock on the door. So I have make my way to the depot when there’s absolutely no need to. I have complained about this particular delivery guy twice now to the main office and I will continue to send in complaints till this attitude changes. The funny thing is we have videos from our door bell of the guy coming up to the door with the missed you card already in hand and starts writing on it without ringing the doorbell or even knocking.

Can't even put a amazon game parcel that fit through the door as normal non signed 1st Class letter, no, they need to turn back to depo! Not even bothered to put delivery note throu! Incompetent! Whoever delivers in Harpurhey M9 area don't knock at the doors, knocks but don't wait a split moment to open the doors, or don't even leave a parcel note throu the doors that delivery was attempted.Someone needs to look in to this issue, I had multiple parcels going back to this depo, some missing. Opening times changed to 8am to 10am now as well so very inconvenient as can't pick up due to work, probably like most of people in the area!

Even not deserve on star , my parcel supposed to be redeliver today to me. Post person attended not even tried to knock or ring the bell and through a card and asked to collect it . They don’t do their job at they should . They could knock the door and hand me my parcel and now I have to go to office and collect it. There is no where to complains . These post service is always providing a very bad service in this area

Really arrogant staff! Gone to pick up a parcel at 12:45pm as online on their website it says they shut at 2pm! Had a member of staff speak so rudely to me and say that “if you go and read the sign we’re closed from 10am” maybe you should learn some manners and treat YOUR customers with respect and update your opening times online!

Staff were very helpful and polite

They didn't ring doorbell and returned my parcel. Really bad service.

Wasted journey to collect my parcel. Website says they close at 2pm. Sign on the front door says they now close at 10am. Can you please update your times on Google so others don’t have the same wasted journey please
