Really bad experience here. Very friendly, pleasant guy but he has had my son's Blu Ray Player for over 3 MONTHS! We keep going in (all the way from Chepstow) only to be told that they're waiting for parts". Now refusing to refund the money as taking too long to rectify. Have since purchased a new Blu Ray player. AVOID this place!! Approaching Trading Standards."

Brought my Samsung A21s that was smashed to bits. He did it quickly and asked for half the price the other guy was demanding. Highly recommended if you need your phone repaired.

Excellent service. Took my sons phone in to be repaired. Replaced screen, but then issue also with component (further damage identified) Kept informed and all resolved within 48 hours. Very friendly and highly recommend.

19/10/2023. Once again an excellent service. I bought my daughter a refurbished phone there two months ago for a very good price. All was uploaded in the shop and done quickly and all has been great. So good that I went in today to upgrade my phone to a refurbished i phone 11. Again a very fast efficient service all done in one hour. A good price again (£50 cheaper than Amazon for the same phone). I recommend A2Z TECH. Neil Perry. Cwmbran.

Not only is this guy the best but he is the kindest shop owner I have met I broke my OPPO X5 PRO along with the LCD obviously the LCD was expensive and because of this and through fault of my own I was locked away from my money this man had my LCD in the next day but needed a new repair for the diode inside this was a massive problem for me as I needed my money ASAP he was kind enough to give me the money from my account in cash which absolutely saved me and my plans the phone was fixed the following Monday with no faults could not recommend anyone better truly a service to everyone.

Owner is friendly and you can have a great chat with him. He has a solution for any problem you encounter. Lovely fella. Will recommend highly if you ever need your phone repaired. Also very cheaper than everyone around there.
