I had never heard of Tui Na before and would definitely recommend this relaxing treatment to anyone with neck/shoulder/back issues similar to mine.Very pleased with Michelle's demeanour & knowledge.As a general rule, I don't give 5 star reviews as that implies perfection (with no room for improvement) but as humans we all have room to improve no matter what we do in life - that's how we make progress. Hence, my very gratifying 4 stars.

Michelle make you instantly feel at ease right from the very first initial consultation. I have been having treatments with Michelle for my back and shoulder for a few weeks now and I have seen great improvement. Her knowledge on the various of acupuncture methods and what’s most suitable for my needs have made a massive differenceNo problem is too big for Michelle and sometimes all we need is to have a great listener who is not just going to put you in a box and you give you a “standard” massage but tailor your treatment around what you need and what your body needs.

Michelle did a brilliant job of preparing me over 8 weeks for the London Marathon.She is skilled at using a wide variety of techniques as appropriate and sorted each & every strain I got through the intensive training schedule.She is both friendly and extremely professional and I would highly recommend Michelle.

I went to see Michelle with a very painful and stiffness shoulder due to a current stress & anxiety and also a sinus/ear issues I have been experiencing recently.For this reason i wanted to try a holistic treatment so it was for the first time I tried acupuncture and Tai Nu massage .I had no ideia what to expect but Michelle very kindly went through with me all about the procedures and before start anything explained in detail how each treatment works.As it was my first time i had a bit concern about how much discomfort I would feel by the needles but i was mesmerised to have a great experience!Michelle is very experienced and has gentle hands so painless treatment!Apart from that in only couple of sessions my shoulder,sinus pain and stress level decreased enormously.I was very surprised to learn that acupuncture can heal not only your body imbalances but also your emotions.The atmosphere in the room was pleasant, with a smell in the air of lovely essentials oils and relaxing music.Michelle also was fully wearing the covid cover equipment (face shield & mask) which made me feel at ease.I am very grateful to Michelle for have been empathetic enough to actively listen what I was going through with pain and stress before go ahead with treatment and for this reason i strongly believe it was the secret for my treatment to be successful.Acupuncture was a great experience and I definitely will come back!
