Suspended my newspaper delivery in May without prior advice because my April payment was over a month ago. Over 30 years I have paid within 24 hours of receiving a paper bill. However, bills are not always sent, including the one they said had been sent out yesterday - I have not received it.Inefficient system. Also have had other issues with pricing on offers.Not a pleasant shop at all. Avoid.

Was told to move my car even though there was enough space to get past, I only needed a few items, I would have been less than 5 minutes. When I went back in a customer chirped in to tell me to move my car even though I already had. Won't be shopping here again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid it.

Staff refusing to wear face masks (apparently none of them can breath with a mask on) - some staff coughing. Avoid.

The management needs to be worried about this store. There are several “jobsworths” here who delight in telling you what you CANNOT do, especially in the post office. In particular there are 2 rude assistants who have a cushy little number in your shop acting as they please which has been remarked upon by many customers. People come to buy goods because they use the post office. There is serious competition for comms services and maybe some of your staff need to do a customer service course, or simply be sacked.
