The sales people at this branch is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There is also a good range of tiles especially porcelain tiles which are the durable option in contemporary designs.

They have been helpful at every step. I'm actually doing work on my bathroom in London, and they were so helpful in contacting local stores for me and sorting everything out. Would 100% recommend.

Most of the staff are helpful except for Stuart who is incredibly rude. I bought the tile trim and told about the different prices I get each time. And the complication is that every time they use the builders Trade discount and sometimes apply 10% and other times, they just apply no discount without confirming.the reason at one time they gave was the Builder has to confirm , which I did.The prices were inconsistent And I had a valid proof of receipt for the same item, which was bought at different price and then I explained it to him Instead of understanding and listening, he started shouting and screaming. I would really ask themanagement to look into this matter So another Customer does not have to go to this horrible experience

Just visited the Bicester branch for the first time and Stuart was beyond helpful. Informative and excellent- went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.
