I've only had one cleaner, so far. Maid2clean found her for me within a day, I interviewed the next day and she started a few days later. I couldn't be happier. Monica is excellent, professional and very reliable.

The agency is really communicative, friendly and helpful over the phone. I've found them to be most organised!The cleaner I hired through the agency was lovely, very chirpy and always did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. All round very happy with the service.

Very unreliable and poor cleaning service. Cleaners leave earlier than paid for without finishing the job. Cleaners also leaving company without notice. Had used the service for a year and I had one good cleaner at the start, it went down the hill since and I had to stop my regular clean request. Customer service was horrific and very rude.
