I knew then who to contact for my next project of a Battery storage system to complement my solar panels, no in between sales person flanneling, the person doing the job Mark visits the site and can see exactly how it will be done avoiding unexpected problems & costs and gives advice on best system. A GivEnergy battery storage system has been installed which I'm very pleased with, very neatly installed and doing it's job. Mark has quickly answered all my after sales questions. Very professional from quote to completion for a solar panel and EV charger installation Mark's team were very good, the project was well planned, and completed in 2 days with everywhere left clean and tidy. Prompt communications. Good explanation relating to the different uplighters available. Explained what job entailed and competitive quote. Arrived on time , cleaned up on completion. All required paperwork completed before departure. Couldn’t ask for better.

Mark fitted our Solar pv System. We are very pleased. The system was in the last few days subject to an inspection to check on Mark’s installation and certification. I bought a freestanding cooker which unfortunately AO were unable to install as they were not satisfied with the reading from the plug. I requested the new cooker to be left and contacted Mark at Norwood.Mark promptly arrived with his apprentice. Mark checked my fuse board, which is the old Domino one and reassured me the earth readings were fine and the wires in good order. He also checked the cooker plug and wall plug. Very patient and reassuring which is exactly what I welcomed!They installed my cooker and made sure both ovens and the induction hob was working. They even helped to clear up and put the old one on the drive. Excellent prompt service!

Had great service today from Mark. Needed a new socket fitting and he has done a great job. Very professional and friendly. Will be using him again for future work. Would definitely recommend!
