Five stars, first time customer and very impressed! Friendly, proffesional and honest. The text notification for when your bike is ready to be collected is a great idea. Great value prices and go the extra mile to help with getting my bike back to working at it's best. Will definitely visit again in future.

First time I have used Don Valley Cycles for a bike repair, they did a brilliant job thought my old bike wasn’t worth repairing but it’s like new now , they also cleaned all the parts what didn’t need replacing thrilled to bits with it will always used Don Valley Cycles again for repairs and spares.

70km into a 400km on Saturday and my chain started to jump off my big ring. Gave Don Valley a ring and Martin told me to come over. 30 minutes later I was back on the road, new cassette & new chain. Made it round and probably would have been sat on the North Yorkshire Moors crying all over my GPS if it wasn't for Don Valleys super service. Thanks again Martin...proper top service.

I purchased my bike from DVC last year and it has been serviced there twice. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The service is first class. If I have issues, good advice is given. My bike is on the road frequently and I have no doubts about going there. Very happy and pleased.

Don Valley Cycles handbuilt some MTB wheels for me around four years ago. Although they have performed flawlessly, in time, every wheel needs a little TLC. So, back to my 'go to' bike shop. Once again, the service and turnaround time were exceptional. Thanks fellas, you got me rollin' again!

I needed to get two bikes to Canada for the summer. I thought that hiring bike boxes for six weeks would be prohibitively expensive…. not from Don Valley Cycles!! They fixed me up with two top quality boxes to take on the flights for our MTB’s for a very very reasonable cost. I thoroughly recommend you give them a call if you need to transport your bike!!Brilliant service.

Excellent service took my bike with a noise coming from pedals really annoying and having looked on the Internet says difficult to solve. But happy to say these guys at Don Valley cycles sorted my problem. The bike now runs smoothly no irritating noise. So pleased and happy with the service from the three guys. Would definatley recommend. So a big Thank you.

Excellent service -- my 4 year old 'Giant Roam 0' bike is restored to feeling 'as new' after the mechanics service to the gear change, adjustment, a new chain and new cables + general bike check.

I recently had a Basso Diamante frame and Campagnolo Chorus groupset built up by Don Valley Cycles.I can’t speak highly enough about the service, friendliness, knowledge and enthusiasm that they possess and demonstrate.I have had less than wonderful experiences with other bike shops in South Yorkshire/Lincolnshire, so it was reassuring to find all of the above.I have several frames to be built up and bikes to service, all of which I know I can put in their safe and capable hands!
