Kieu’s Nails

I haven't left bad feedback in the past because I've tried to sort it out myself.The owner is rude. If she disagrees with someone 3 people down she will talk over 3 people. When she asks if everything alright what she actually seems to mean is do you want me to explain why you should be happy" changeing nail salons isn't as easy as hairdressers. I wish I'd never gone in. It's perhaps nominally cheaper but your put on a production line litteraly

I can't fault this place, after having mine done at numerous nail bars, they would be off in a week, these don't they do stay on and the colours and nail art that kieu does is great. I would recommend this place as they do stay on and not having to go for a repair every week and I don't smell chemicals when I'm in the salon.

Booked in to get my toes done & I was given an appointment however, the appointment though seen on time, was rushed.I was not asked what base colour I would like. I was charged extra to remove a little polish left over on my big toe.Another customer was there at the time and it seemed as if they were being prioritised over me although again.. I had made an appointment.The paint was a streaky and needed 1 or 2 extra coats however when I asked to add the coat, was told this wouldn’t be possible as the white French tip had already been added? It would have been easy to just wipe off and redo however.. again other customers it seems are more valuable than others.I wouldn’t have liked to make a scene to insist that my nails be done properly however, to spend hard earned money on a service the least you’d expect would be the decency to pay attention to the customer and just ask what they would like and how they would like the thing that they are paying for.I will unfortunately have to attend a different nail shop in future.

Very friendly did what I wanted

Friendly, helpful staff. I have been going there for some time and am very happy with my nails being done there and would not go anywhere else

Had my nails done twice here before...very impressed looked really really good, very quick took less than an hour and stayed on for weeks they never lifted at all.

Love my nails , definitely be coming here from now on. Staff are polite , fast and professional.

Do not go here, they use the electric file on your nail and use horrible chemicals. I was in physical pain when having them done and for a day afterwards I couldn't even touch my nails because it just felt like they were burning, it was only my second time going here and they have damaged and thinned my nails so much in these two times that when I knocked one it has ripped my actual nail off. I'd add a photo if I could; blood everywhere and my nail torn off. Pay the extra tenner to get them done somewhere that won't permanently damage your nails.

Friendly and very quick and professional.A fabulous massage chair while yours it and soak then enjoy a full pedicure.
