I have recently purchased a property and I could not have done it without Downs Solicitors! Particularly Devi, who was very helpful explaining all the completed legal parts in ways I could understand. Downs Solicitors are amazing, even the little things like someone always answered the phone which when you worried and stressed about buying is so reassuring. My purchase was a little complicated due to a problem with the ground rent but it was resolved and with no stress to me and Devi kept my informed though the whole process. I could not recommend them enough!
