Worst tailor, very unprofessional! Don't risk taking your cloths here!I wanted to get my wedding dress hem line taken up and after keeping the dress for 2 weeks I get a call that this cannot be done. Blaming it on me lying (!) about it being a wedding dress (she took the measurements whilst I was wearing it and we agreed on a pick up date a week before my wedding) is very unprofessional.

They did a great job at a good price I would use them again

Brilliant every time. Don’t mind waiting the few days for my clothes to get altered as the quality is always spot on! :)

Poor service!Left dress to be altered and collected,when tried on had not been tapered as requested but thought they had forgotten so took back along with another to be shortened.Told to collect today so arrived at 9.30 as is on web but no one there so returned at 10 to be told that wasn't done till later.returned as they were doing the job to be told it was hard to do so gave back half finished and informed me they didn't want to do the other one.Wished they had contacted me so I had chance to take elsewhere as need for tomorrow.Very opinionated as one said the dress was wide at bottom and other tried to imply it wasn't.Not very professional!It was only a tube dress for goodness sake not anything a competent alteration business is beyond doing,stick to taking up jeans and curtains!
