Beds are really good. Waiting time its never too long. Girls are so lovely and very helpful

Total rip off. Don't go there anymore. I had surgery and couldn't tan for some time. I had letter from doctor. Manager said my minutes expired (about 40-50£) same month I came to salon and even did me print out which I still have. Told me to contact customer service over phone and I did. Gentleman was really nice asked me to email doctors letter that it won't be a problem to extend my minutes for few months. Once I did it all I received cold rude email I still have refusing extension. No compassion whatsoever!! Terrible. I've been buying blocks all the time but they rather loose customer than show some empathy. Awful customer service. I spend my money else where now. I can see from reviews that I'm not the only one that was ripped off. Don't buy blocks guys as you never know what can happen and then they will just steal your money even if you have genuine reasons!!

Great staff and well kept equipment

Expensive for single sessions.Girls have a bit of a attitude on the counter. I put it down to there age.On the plus side its never rammed and there is plenty of beds so no waiting time.

Staff is lovely but why to let customer in the room when floor is dirty? How to step into when is sand and someone’s else hairs? Chewing gum? Had cleaned with the disinfectant spay my self around the chair just to take off shoes and had a shock how bad was that. The hygiene does not reach the criteria for the Sun beds I am afraid. That’s upsetting because the location of studio is convenient.

Nice staff and a great service, they don't have a W/C but Lidl across the road has one if needed
