Purchased a pent summerhouse/shed combi and despite some problem over the base which was installed by ourselves, this was quickly rectified on the day and the owner couldn't have been more helpful to make sure the installation went ahead that day, the weather was miserable and the lads worked non stop to get the job done, all credit to them; especially as one had to go to hospital with a hand injury earlier in the day but carried on. Highly recommend this company and really nice people to deal with. Just make sure you get the base right!!

Just received my shed at prospect Farm from these guys, excellent service from order to delivery and erection. Excellent quality and will certainly recommend to any neighbours wanting one.

Well impressed!, the lads have just delivered and erected my 6x4 shed.It is made of tanalised Log Lap with security windows and is extremely strong.It is finished off with cornice edgings which adds extra strength and covers what would have been bare edges.I highly recommend Northwest Sheds and their staff, Thank you very much.

The product is good but customer service has been non-existent.Mine started letting water in by the doors as they have warped a little, evidenced by the lock just about reaching the barrel and the doors catching on the frame. I thought I'd ping an email over to see if they could either advise me on what to do or even send someone out to repair if possible. Either way, just some help on what to do.No response. So rang up to see if someone had seen it. Got told I was through to the wrong department (rang the number on the site and on Google) but they'd 'go over to the right ones and see if they could send a reply'. That was a month ago. Nothing since. And the problem is getting worse, so I'm not sure what to be doing really.For something that costs 4-figures, it's an investment and it's meant to be my office, not just somewhere to plonk me tools. So I'd expect a proportionate amount of customer service.*Edit: received an immediate reply following my review and was told to ring the day after which I did, contrary to the reply to this review that says I did not. No answer. Another 2 emails have been sent since and no response to them either. Given up now.

Well pleased with our new shed which arrived today.If you’re in the market for a new shed, then look nowhere else. We visited Dave (everybody knows a Dave) at his showroom trading as Lancs and Yorks sheds, Red lees Rd Cliviger. The showroom is set up with sample sizes and types of sheds. No pressure sales, we decided what we wanted and placed the order, £200 pound deposit paid. There is an approximate waiting time of 6 weeks for manufacture by Northwest Sheds Ltd from point of order. Balance paid approximately 1 week prior to delivery.Today the shed arrived, the install guys were courteous, professional, and tidy. They worked through the rain (sorry guys) and got the job done.We’re well happy with the shed, service, and price, and we believe the shed will outlast us, it’s that sturdy.

Top class service and a very well made product. We recently bought a small garden shed. It was delivered on time and erected in less than an hour. Very pleased with our new shed. Would highly recommend Northwest Sheds.

Seemed like a good deal and good service to start with, but less than year in and the shed is leaking from the roof with rotting inside panels...very disappointing. Very poor customer service.Hi I haven't received any email from you so not sure what you mean when you say you have asked for pictures? Thanks for your speedy response to this though, shame it's not the same for emails

Bought a 8 x 6 garden shed and was so impressed with the shed and the service. Free delivery despite them having to drive from Barrowford to Lower Darwen. They brought the shed in pieces and built it in situ. Both men were so polite and worked really hard in awful weather. The shed is sturdy and looks beautiful. This was the only company I could find that didn't charge a ridiculous delivery fee or a build fee. They have alot of sheds/summerhouses on display and plenty of parking at the location. Do not go anywhere else for a shed!

Very happy with my new shed, really good quality and a good price considering its pressure treated and installed. Customer service brilliant, the lady at the showroom was very helpful, the guys who installed were polite, arrived when they said and the shed was up in a couple of hours or so. Highly recommended, Thank you.

So delighted with our two new sheds. We had a narrow 16x4 area, previously occupied by two children’s’ sheds with very low doors, and these have been replaced with two lovely roomy sheds with full size doors! One is our storage space, and the other is to be our ‘summer house’!
