Awful, awful, awful, do not use this business. It took them 3 visits for them to fix the problems I took my car in for. When I picked it up from its last visit I found that my bodywork had been damaged while the car was in their possession. They very rudely denied this. I will never use them again and recommend that you don't either. Hi-Q but no IQ.

Took our car here for an MOT - flabbergasted is not the word - failed on some very dubious points - ended up getting a second opinion and from the six ridiculous failures by Hi Q the two independent mechanics only agreed on one point.one of the failures listed was an obvious in operative air bag" how was it obvious? no warning lights on the dashboard and our main dealer recalled the airbags in January 2022 and replaced them all! but apparently there must have been a warning light that we missed! ridiculous! still waiting on the quote for repairs from 5th September! Don't waste your time or money!"

Avoid this place. Needed spark plugs and coil pack changing on car, they wanted £380. Got 2 different quotes from 2 other garages at £140 & £160. Rip off!

Genuine lads. Dropped in for a quick exhaust repair from motorway damage and they got me in immediately and sorted it. Would gladly return if I was local, refreshing to see an honest independent place, especially considering where I'm from!

Dropped my wheel off for a puncture repair, left phone number for them to ring when done as I was working nearby.7 hours later heard nothing and time to travel home so went in see if it was ready. Guy at the desk could barely turn enough to talk to me and muttered that they were busy.Took my wheel still with a flat tyreAnd went to K&M they were brilliant and I have given them 5 starsShame on HiQ for customer serviceWould give zero if possibleVery poor

We had knocking noise on our car so took it into HiQ to be checked. They found a possible cause but arranged for it to be checked by an MOT specialist the following day. He agreed with the original mechanic and fixed it. The service given goes above and beyond experiences we’ve had with garages in the past. Absolutely excellent garage and staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Another really good thing is we were pleasantly surprised it wasn’t too expensive. It certainly fixed as we had a lovely quiet ride today. Well done everyone. Thank you.

1 star is too much for this Company.. extremely overpriced.. took my car for MOT to HIQ and first they fail my MOT, and ask for few things to be repaired which they quote £656 after listening the quote i left the garage and gone to another garage and the other garage done same job for £140 include MOT fees.. paid HiQ £40 for nothing.. will never use HIQ in my life.. I would warn you that avoid this company at any cost.. it will save you money and time.. ..
