Didn’t like it at all!!!

Horrible place. Horrible staff, who love to lie on patients and treat them horribly. Absolutely disgraceful. Even allow patients to s/h but then belittle them and insult them for doing so. Very wicked place full of terrible staff members who clearly don’t care if their patients die. that’s why numerous have died on the ward

I wonder is it in the news now with bad reports and people don't feel safe while patients.Staff on phone seem very stressed.

Absolutely terrible place… can’t even get into the details but I was so traumatised here, it should be shut down.

I stayed here for a few months the beds were uncomfortable, they took my possessions but the cockroaches were good company

terrible. don't let your loved one attend this hospital. Abuse ridden, uncaring, patients left with disgusting toilets and soiled bed sheets.

Very helpful, kind, caring, and supportive staff, always their to help you through your darkest days without judgement, this place has helped so much and has changed the way I think and feel about life already, i thank them for all their support so far.

abusive, manipulative staff. don't look after the patients whatsoever and we're constantly understaffed so never could deal when patients would riot. do NOT send your child here they will deteriorate and get worse. i can see they clearly deleted previous bad reviews too. if i could sue them, i would.

I was in the ward for about 5 months and I got discharged last Monday out of nowhere for basically no reason and his excuse for discharging me was you’re basically turning 18 soon which is literally no excuse for sending someone home when you’re still no where near okay and still struggling a lot. I said to my doctor multiple times that if he discharges me I will do something and get really bad again and was literally in anti ligature clothes that morning he did discharge me which makes it even worse and im now properly the worse I’ve ever been honestly but he never flipping listened to me and another mental health system failed me again so great thankyou dr joffe. I just really hope he knows that I’ve had multiple incidents been to a&e, ran away, police have come multiple of times, tw but tried to end my life quite a lot for multiple of reasons and you’ve made me feel so much worse because you discharged me than I already did so thankyou a lot. The other staff on the other hand are lovely to be honest I did have a few issues with some staff for personal reasons like watching people have incidents but there are some really nice staff who do really care a lot so Thankyouu to them! I was also coping A LOT more better in there than here and I said that but he doesn’t care not even a little bit and it shows

I would like to say thank you to ALL the staff at Forest House,who looked after my son for 3 week's,a team of professionals,caring,kind & compassionate, who really helped my son through the dark time he was going through,we can't thank you enough.Keep up the brilliant work.
