What a nice experience. We ordered a chair that when it arrived was not what we thought. Entirely our mistake. Had a few emails with the team and drove it back to them today and changed it for something that we actually sat on and experienced. I guess that is the advantage of going in person and I would highly recommend a visit to the superb showroom. A great selection of very nice furniture for the garden, conservatory etc. But the main thing from this experience was the service. Propper, friendly, polite and efficient. I read reviews here about not being served. That suits me. if i want help, to have somebody to ask is great. To have them 'hover' is not my thing. It was a long drive but SO much better than the local garden centre as the guys knew their stuff and the products they sell. Very good. I highly recommend them.

Web site said they had in stock a arrange we were looking for but when we went item not on display, asked and was told it is in a container. Wasted journey no apology, don't go by website so not disappointed like us.

Searched the internet for some covers for our Kettler Palma Corner set but couldn't find any other than RH. Saw that Garden Furniture & Interiors were advertising the LH set online and in-stock for under £100. Other sites had offered to let me 'pre-order' (ie take my money now and get them next year) but none had claimed they had them in-stock. Rang GF&I about 5.15pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the phone was answered by 'Charles'. He couldn't check stock as the computers were switched off (they close at 5pm) but if I sent him an email reminder, he promised he'd check first thing in the morning and get back to me. He is a man good as his word. Promised me I'd have them before the weekend if I ordered them online that day. In short the covers arrived by Friday lunchtime and are perfect. I rang them there and then to say how great they looked when fitted. Friendly staff who are happy to go the extra mile and great product punctually delivered.

Good range of garden furniture in a lovely setting, although it takes a bit of finding as it’s an old farm and barns repurposed. Lots of different styles and designs.
