I found this company a great service and as a local person they are very handy and helpful making a call out when my lock was busted and literally locked in with my daughter couldn’t get to school the boss Charlie came out and saved us in minutes!I can’t thank them enough , I also to have a visual disability and who else could I possibly get help from .They are an asset to the community and also give very good advice for whatever your needs.Thanks YY highly recommended.

YY Security is possible one of the worst service based company I have ever dealt with. They simply do not seem to want your business. Repeatedly, I have been advised to expect a call to arrange, re-arrange and re-re-arrange the appointment for the repair of my window and still 4 weeks later nothing has been done. At least the service they provide isn't one to do with the security of my home, no wait it is! Well, at least they don't pride themselves on being with you within 30 minutes, no wait they do.

Excellent all-round experience so far. I sought multiple quotes from alarm providers. All tried to upsell me to a new alarm system apart from YY Security, who restored my old but perfectly functioning alarm system with minimum fuss at a good fixed price. Very responsive and professional engineers. Highly recommended.

Trustworthy and very helpful - went above and beyond. Highly reccomended !I called YY Security for a comparison quote to support a complaint against a different locksmith company who scammed me (for anyone reading DO NOT use LondonLocksmiths24h.co.uk). Charlie at YY security was really sympathetic, and quickly provided a comparison quote after I sent him the relevant information. He also provided me with good advice on other organisations to speak to for support with the rogue locksmiths - and I wasn't even a customer of the store. Incredibly impressed with their customer service - restored a bit of faith in humanity.

So impressed by this team. Our Banham lock was sticking and I got locked in the house once. Banham themselves were useless. YY Security responded immediately, sent someone round who installed a new lock right away, and even added a deadlock for me. And they couldn't have been more charming. Highly recommend.
