I went to Lathams with an idea for my house extension, basically looking to create extra space. I sat with Chris and went through my ideas and he took time to sketch out some variations of the plan with me during the meeting. He said he would take them away for a couple of weeks and the team would work with them.When we met again a couple of weeks later, Chris & Greg had transformed my initial idea much for the better! Whilst maintaining my goals with the project, they had developed the plan to maximise the benefit of the build to me and my family.Being my first time attempting such a project, I was unsure of the full process and hurdles to jump before we got the green light. Luckily Chris and Greg at Lathams have been a force behind the project all the way and without them, a challenging task would have seemed almost impossible.I would recommend the team at Lathams without hesitation.Many thanks guys!
