Mayow Veterinary Surgery

Wish I had found this veterinary years ago.We attended on a Sunday, unfortunately it was decided that in Ruby's best interests it was time to rest and sleep.They made her so comfortable, we had a room to ourselves to say our final goodbye, we weren't rushed and everyone was so helpful.If we decide to have another dog, they will definitely be come to Mayow veterinary.Such kind caring people.

Lovely warm reception from Kate when we arrived with our very excitable rescue. Theo has only been to the vets once but knew immediately it was somewhere full of animal loving staff, with treats.We were seen quickly by Randa who was very relaxed and confident when checking over a very excited Theo.As we left Theo was greeted by all the staff who were not worried with this large pup with a huge wagging tail throwing himself in their direction. A very positive experience for everyone! Thank you!

Our little Teddy loves the vets because of the amazing staff! He gets tasty treats and so much attention. He had his jab and microchip today, and when the vet (Eliza, who was fab) brought him back to us he was wagging his tail! Clearly he got plenty of love from the vet and nurses. Really knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Here's a pic of him with his fave receptionist, Kate :)Edit: We went in today to ask about food and had a long and lovely chat with one of the nurses called Georgie - what an awesome human! Super helpful and informative. We are so impressed with Mayow Vets in Sydenham :)

Staff are all friendly and patient.Reasonable waiting times usually.Side road parking usually available.Been with Mayow just over a year on kitten VIP plan.

I went there today for the first time and I can tell my experience there was amazing they treated my cat with care and also they r very friendly, I’m very pleased 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were seen quickly as we were given a next day appointment, and despite the practice having had a couple of emergencies that day we did not have to wait long at all. I was listened to and the vet was able to prescribe what was needed. Very happy with the service we received by all staff today.

Thank you to Mayow vets! I went in to collect her worming and flea treatment, I mentioned she had an upset tummy and needed a probiotic, I spoke to Sue, who had so much patience with all my questions! Rachel was around, off her own back came over and took time to talk me through everything, which I appreciated so much. I booked Luna in, which was super quick, Kieron saw her and was so patient and answered loads of questions I had! Having an unwell dog, is very upsetting and stressful, so thank you for being so great!

A special thanks to Adrian, who made Cally's visit stress free. She was obviously comfortable in his presence and he put her (and me!) at ease. Thank you!

I couldn’t ask for a better vets, all the staff are kind and caring, they clearly love their animals.Was made to feel so welcome with my big scaredy-cat of a dog Kate took the time to sit with us and gave him treats and eventually cuddles this made me relax too, the vet was amazing too really went through everything thoroughly and was so calm and compassionate.I would like to thank Kate and all the team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable, it’s so hard to find a vet these days that takes the time with nervous dogs
