Brilliant service from start to finish. Easiest installation we’ve ever experienced to date with zero interuption to business. User friendly system with fantastic features, monitoring, reporting. James Wells came to see me and within a day I was sold! Installation day, Ashley attended site, made the process effortless, and spent time in depth training with the team between clients. Over the moon after having had a terrible system experience over the last year with another provider, Circle Cloud has been a breath of fresh air!

Marcus has been out a few times to set things up for us. He has been a pleasure to have here and a credit to the company. He has provided us an excellent service and always arrives promptly. He is knowledgeable and helpful and spends time to ensure things are running smoothly for us.

What can I say? Jon was great when he came to visit us initially, showing us all the benefits of becoming Circle Cloud Customers. When we agreed to go ahead with the system, Ashley Kappa at was amazing! He even came out at the weekend to install all of our new equipment. During the training, he was friendly, informative and explained everything simply to us all. He left us with some helpful guides, and the aftercare has been outstanding. We are greatful for the smooth transition from our old system to the new, and have absolute faith that we will be well supported in the future. Highly recommended - Circle cloud.After a few technical issues none of which were caused by the suppliers themselves, two engineers attended our premises within an hour and had our equipment up and running quickly.Ben and Marcus we're very polite and professional and were very helpful.

They called us in August, we were looking at possibly making changes to our system, after consideration we decided to stick with what we have. When they called today, after being told this, they still waited to work on a quote with me (fair enough, it is their job to sell) i again politely said, I don't want to waste anyones time, it isn't worth it at the moment, still the sales guy was pushing.Ended up that I said again (a few times), no we are not making any changes he then hung up. Great selling point for your business.I've made a note on our system not to work with you in the future should we look at making changes because of this.
