They packed china, glass and fragile items very thoroughly and as a result nothing was damaged or broken. I was very impressed with their professionalism and tireless approach to the job. We used this removals company to move all our belongings on Thursday 14th December from Ashford, Surrey to Fleet. The team turned up promptly at 9am and were very quick in loading the van. Once we had completed on our purchase in Fleet, the team quickly unloaded their vans, paying attention to which room each box needed to go to. They worked very efficiently and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

Teo and his team did an excellent job for us. They packed the day before our move day. No breakages were recorded.On the move day they were very efficient and showed patience when we were delayed getting into our new property.Teo, returned a few days later to collect packing cases that were emptied which was really helpful.We would recommend TB Prime Removals to anyone.

Teo and the team were professional, reliable, hard working, and provided good value. They were flexible about dates and worked late on the day, even doing a couple more trips. There were no breakages either. I would highly recommend both the packing service and the removals.

Had a great experience with TB Prime Removals from start to finish. Very professional and hard working and everything happened as we agreed. They also sorted out storage for me in 4 weeks and when everything was delivered to my new place it was in exactly the same condition as when it was put on the van from my old place. Can only highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again next time I am moving.

Really really great experience. From survey to delivery, Teo has always been honest, pragmatic, communicative and very professional. Him and his team were great at disassembling and reassembling our furniture, and placing each piece of content where we needed it. They were also very punctual, kind and extremely helpful. Marian and Teo were amazing. Professional and super fast. They made sure all was packed properly and dismounted very quickly and neatly the bed and the kitchen table and transported all the other big furniture with ease to the van.When reached the house I was moving into, given the rainy day, they used blankets to make sure nothing gets wet, took off their shoes all the time, paid attention to not damage the freshly painted walls etc.The guys really made my move stress free and where so well organised and efficient.Would definitely recommend and use again, if need be!

Teo and his team were just great, a good price and three hard working guys on the day. It’s was so easy working with them to move our stuff to the south coast. Would recommend them every day, hopefully we won’t need them again for a while as we want to stay in our new home.
