I was very thankful to be able to get a taxi last minute to get me back home after a stint in hospital last week, husband had arranged, he had been given a quote off what the journey would cost, and considering the tough times we were so thankful, cutting a stressful story short it turnt very quickly, when they tried to charge us nearly double the amount! Driver had been told what we were quoted and initially said sounds about right"

Sent a car to the wrong town (after I confirmed in writing, twice), then refused to send a car to the right place, leaving me stranded in a small village when I needed to get to the airport. Maybe the dispatcher can't read? Worse than useless.

Despite booking well in advance for an important and long awaited hospital appointment, a taxi didn't arrive. When Itelephoned, Damos' apparently careless response was thatthey didn't have a booking. If there is one thing a taxi company should be, it is reliable. Inefficient. Not good enough.

This review gets 1 star only because you can't write a review without 1. I booked a taxi a week before for 2 of my ladies to be picked up at 10.30 after a party. I specifically asked for a female driver as they were nervous. The taxi never even arrived and they were left in Dorchester town centre and were distressed. I am disappointed and will never use this company again . When questioned as to why they never arrived they said no booking was made which is a total lie.
