I always use their services because they are first class. My wife and I both cross stitch and we go to them every time we have a new kit and get the chart expanded larger as our eyes are not as good as they used to be. They offer a rapid and cheap service. Well done keep it up. Baie dankie

Unbelievable service! I was in a difficult situation trying to print programmes for my mother-in-law’s funeral. I ran out of ink at home, purchased some new cartridges, but since my printer was purchased in the US, the cartridges did not work. Cartridge World dropped everything they had in queue (an hour before closing) and made sure we had the programmes in time. They even took off the rush fee that would normally be applied for urgent requests. You won’t beat the price or the service. Without hesitation, I recommend Cartridge World for anyones printing needs. Thanks for helping to relieve some stress during a very difficult time for our family!

I highly recommend Zimprint which used to be a Cartridge world franchise. Good quality compatible cartridges and far cheaper than originals, I think they are just as good. Sells printers and accessories with a good knowledge of products.

I have used this shop a few times now. I can't rate the staff highly enough. ..their service is 10 out of 10 and they always do the printing to an excellent high standard. Today, Nigel, Steve and Alex took care of my order and it was ready to collect when they said. ...they really do go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for them.....thanks all x

Our printer had broken down. Steve sourced us another print head and had it fixed within the week. Superb service.

Excellent service, even as a small business I feel they treat me like I'm an big company. I called today about a problem with a cartridge, they told me they would replace it. I re-ordered some more cartridges and they are delivering them today. So for me this is 5 star treatment at value for money prices. Btw, they were recommended to me in the first place by a friend who uses them.
