Ordered my heating oil at a very competitive price (I did shop around!) and it was delivered on the day as promised. Also received a call the previous day to confirm it was coming. I wasn't at home when the delivery came but I was pleased to see all the gates were shut by the driver. What more could you want?

ordered via the heating oil people in gt yarmouth. the driver was useless at finding my address-took 2 days apparantly!! then said he couldnt deliver the full 500 ltrs.never in 11 years of oil heating have i experienced such a cockup and the heating oil people still owe me,a week later!!

These guys are useless! On two separate occasions the driver stated they had tried to make a delivery and didn’t even turn up! Liars!

The delivery is never delayed. The drivers deliver with a smile and the lady who usually answers the phone (Jo I think) is polite, friendly and always competitive on price. I have been using BROADLAND’S for years. Excellent service!

We have just moved house & were in desperate need of an oil delivery having been let down by another supplier. We called Broadland at 1pm Friday afternoon - the lady we spoke to was incredibly helpful & friendly & our oil was delivered Saturday morning - absolutely amazing service!!Won’t be going anywhere else in future, the price was very competitive too!
