I had Alan J Young come to survey my property.In his report, he claimed that a concrete barn in my garden COULD" become unstable due to the lack of wind bracing. when I asked him to evidence this as the barn had been up since the 70's and showed absolutely no signs of movement

Alan completed an excellent survey for a property in Ashington, Yeovil. The report flagged up a lot of structural issues that the sellers would not negotiate on. As a result we walked away from a potential money pit of a property. I would recommend Alan for anyone in the coverage radius.
